Celebrating Innovation, Partnership and Recognition at NATCO 2026
IIAM was proud to attend the 51st Annual NATCO Conference, held February 15–18, 2026, at the Gaylord Resort in Grapevine, Texas. As a long standing supporter and collaborative partner of NATCO, IIAM values this annual meeting as an opportunity to connect with colleagues across the donation and transplant community, exchange ideas, and work together toward shared goals. NATCO’s mission of uniting transplant and donation professionals to address today’s most pressing challenges closely aligns with IIAM’s commitment to advancing organ donation, utilization, and medical research. This year’s conference was especially meaningful for IIAM, as NATCO recognized the organization’s innovative contributions by presenting IIAM with the NATCO Innovation Award—an honor that reflects both IIAM’s impact and the strength of its partnership with NATCO.
On hand to accept the award on behalf of IIAM were Mike Vara, Senior Regional Director, and Michele Orosz, Regional Director.
IIAM is honored to work alongside NATCO and its members in a truly collaborative partnership that continues to drive progress in organ donation and medical research, benefiting donors, families, and researchers alike.
