Collaboration, Innovation, and a Bit of Fun: Highlights from IIAM’s Annual Donor Services Meeting

IIAM, alongside our parent organization, the Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation (MTF), recently hosted our annual Donor Services Meeting at our Edison, NJ headquarters—and it was a powerful gathering of minds and mission.

This annual event is more than just a performance review. It’s a chance for our teams and partners to align, innovate, and explore new ways to strengthen our shared commitment to advancing medical research. Together, we reflected on our achievements, tackled challenges, and brainstormed exciting initiatives for the future.

Some key topics on the table included:

  • Cutting-edge R&D innovations and clinical data
  • Enhancements in tissue handling processes
  • Service and delivery excellence
  • Strengthening partner relationships
  • Understanding and addressing customer needs
  • Sharing best practices across teams
  • Exploring emerging trends IIAM can champion
  • Boosting employee engagement and satisfaction

…and so much more!

Of course, no great meeting is complete without a little fun. After a productive day of collaboration, our teams enjoyed a few well-deserved activities to unwind and celebrate the work we do together.
